We believe in minimizing waste, which is why each Samsung watch band in our collection is printed only after an order is placed.

All our orders come with free shipping. At checkout, you have the option to choose covered shipping which is an insurance that covers lost packages. You pay a small fee for this service.

Our return policy grants customers the right to return their purchases within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unworn and unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns must be sent with tracking to our headquarters. Upon receiving your return, the items will be inspected to determine if they are approved for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that personalised items are not eligible for returns.
